Transparency is essential to any successful design project. Below, we are weighing in on the questions we get most, from timelines to fees.

What does full service interior design mean?

Full service interior design is a comprehensive, turnkey experience. Put simply: we do the heavy lifting. From initial design concept to perfectly placing the last accessory, LBD will be there to take care of every detail.

What is your fee structure?

We structure our process and fees into three different phases throughout the project.  For a custom quote, please fill out our design questionnaire form.

Do you work with clients outside of Southern California?

Yes! We love to travel. Our non-local clients receive the same level of support but much of the communication happens virtually and via email. We will create a custom travel budget before contract approval so you know how many times we plan to come in person.

How many clients do you work with at one time?

To keep from design burnout and to ensure we are able to give our full attention to our current clients, we limit our client load to no more than ten concurrently.

How long should I expect the process to take?

So many variables come into play when defining the timeframe for a project. In the beginning, as we figure out the detailed scope for the overall project, we help put together a general framework and adjust as needed. Typical renovation/new construction projects can take anywhere from 6-24 months and furnishing projects typically take 4-12 months.

Do you offer e-design services?

Due to our amount of Full Service Design clients we have at this time, e-design is not a service we can provide right now.
